September 2024: the year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate for Kalimantan Tengah Province was 1.45 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.98 percent

In September 2024, there will be year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah Province  at 1.45 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.60. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.98 percent with the CPI amounting to 107.19 and the lowest in Kapuas Regency at 1.24 percent with CPI was 105.84.

●        Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by rising prices most of the expenditure group indexes, namely: food, beverage groups and tobacco by 2.31 percent; clothing and footwear group of 0.55 percent; groups of supplies, equipment and routine home maintenance stairs by 0.88 percent; health group by 1.65 percent; group transportation by 0.54 percent; recreation, sports and cultural groups of 0.45 percent; education group at 2.21 percent; provision group food and beverage/restaurants at 1.63 percent; and treatment group personal and other services amounted to 4.12 percent. While the expenditure group which experienced a decrease in the index, namely: housing, water, electricity, and household fuel by 0.52 percent and the information group, communications, and financial services by 0.03 percent.

●        Month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate for Central Kalimantan Province in September 2024 is 0.07 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate September 2024 of 0.05 percent
